The system is divided into two main parts, the mechanical and the electrical.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mechanical<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The mechanical in the building focuses mainly on the air conditioning and ventilation items (known by another popular name, HVAC).<\/p>\n<p>Other items such as: Fire alarm and Fighting, Water supply and drainage (Plumbing and Sanitary &#8211; P&amp;S), LPG and compressed air supply, etc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Electrical<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Items related to electricity include: electricity distribution and supply, lighting system, control system, extra low voltage (ELV).<\/p>\n<p><strong>When to design M&amp;E?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The design and construction of the electromechanical system is done in parallel with the rough construction and finishing works.
